Our team of wedding professionals offer a variety services to perfect your wedding vision. All services are a la carte and tailored for each and every client.
Full Wedding Package
Our full wedding package is our premier service package. Our wedding planners suggest to you vendor and venue options in your area and within your budget. They offer etiquette advice and guidance throughout your planning process. Your planner negotiates contracts and sits in meetings with all of your vendors. This package then leads into day or coordination.
Partial Wedding Package
We offer a partial planning package called 30 days and counting, which is our most popular package. This service offers a complete takeover of your vendor contracts and day of coordination details 30 days prior to your wedding day. You and your fiancé would meet with your planning professional to discuss every single detail of your wedding day. From there your planner will take over all communications with your vendors so they stop calling you. Any questions and confirmations your vendors would have can be answered by your planner. This package then leads into day of coordination.
Day of Coordination
Day of coordination would begin with choreographing your wedding rehearsal. On the day of your wedding your coordinator arrives 2 hours prior to your photographer’s arrival with a complete itinerary of the day’s events. Your coordinator is then with you every step of the way making sure you have everything you need. They would confirm the arrival of all your vendors and ensure that the bridal party is guided through photos without a hitch. Once you’ve reached your reception our coordinator would place you in the care of your Maître ’D for the duration of the evening.
Other Services
Other services include floral design and full event design. Our Creative Director, Peter James, offers design suggestions or listens to your specific vision to build your concept. Our 3,000-sq. ft. showroom is filled floor to ceiling with rentals for centerpieces, tablecloths, archways and so much more.
